Family/Client FAQ:

Will you provide staff/caregivers for my child/loved one?

We believe in the family partnership model to provide the most comprehensive care for clients. With the family partnership model families have two options for caregivers (DSP’s). We will hire your qualified family, friends, etc as your caregivers (DSP) once they have completed all the eligibility requirements. We also work with local colleges and organizations to recruit qualified professionals interested in pursuing a career as a DSP. Individuals will complete applications on our website and those applications will be reviewed by Embracing Abilities. We will then forward qualified applicant information to interested families to interview and ultimately hire those DSP’s to join their team.
